Dr. Jim King is the Director of Summit Institute. He is a veteran educator and a primary force in the development of distance education at Baptist Bible College & Seminary.
A professor at Baptist Bible Seminary since 1989, Dr. King spent seven years in the Republic of Chad as a missionary with Baptist Mid-Missions and currently serves in his local church.
He is a certified online instructor with the Walden Institute, a pioneer in online teaching and course development. His main areas of teaching at Baptist Bible Seminary are missions, pastoral theology, and church history.
