Instruction Time
Group and individual instruction characterize our mornings. The critical skills and techniques of the game are taught with personalized coaching to help improve your skills and techniques. Students from the same school and grade will work together.
3-on-3 Competition
Also grouped according to grade, these games allow you to begin putting into practice what you learn throughout the week.
Team Competition
The competition continues as the afternoon and evening hours are filled with full-court games. Two leagues are used for differing ability levels. Players from the same school with similar abilities will be on the same team. Attending guest coaches will have the opportunity to coach their players.
Free Throw Shooting
In this competition, you’ll shoot fifty free throws over the course of the week. An award is given to the winner in each grade.
“Time Out”
The most important part of Lady Defender Basketball Camp is the time we spend together in God’s Word each day. We want to challenge you and help you grow in your daily life as well as give answers to some of life’s most important questions.
Coaching Staff
Our staff consists of current and former members of the BBC Lady Defenders and coaches from attending schools.
Coaching School
Attending coaches MUST pre-register!
Our Coaching School will include both on and off court instruction, as well as discussion and demonstration by Coach Pollock and other guest speakers. The fee for coaches is $30.00. One coach may attend free for each eight players from the same school. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide facilities for coaches’ families.

Coach Matt Pollock completed his first year as head coach of the Lady Defenders this past season. As a coach with thirteen years of experience at the high school level and three seasons at the collegiate level, Pollock is committed to a fast paced offense and high pressure defense. He brings a focus and intensity to the court that is matched only by his desire to see his players grow in their relationship with God.
