Dr. Bixby brings years of experience and a passion for the local church to his role as dean and professor at the Seminary. During his tenure, Baptist Bible Seminary has grown in size, facilities, personnel, and academic programs. His teaching in the field of leadership, church growth, and mentoring reflects a balance of scholarship, biblical study, and hands-on experience. At BBS, he has traveled, spoken widely, and served on numerous accreditation teams. He is also the founder of Project Jerusalem, a church planting ministry.
