His emphasis was on personal spiritual integrity while equipping believers to use active learning to reproduce reproducers. During that time, the church grew from around 550 to over 1200 attending Sunday School and launched over thirty of its people into vocational Christian ministry. Due to his vast experience, Dr. Austin teaches courses on church ministry and discipleship.
