New website for BBC&S Counseling Center

Information on counseling sessions, profiles of staff members, and details on services and resources are among the features of the new online home for the Love-Life Marriage and Family Center at Baptist Bible College & Seminary.

The Love-Life Marriage and Family Center provides private, confidential counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups at offices on the BBC&S campus in Clarks Summit, PA. Founded in 2002, the center serves as a training point for Baptist Bible Graduate School's Counseling Ministries program and provides outreach and ministry to the local community.

The website is online at www.lovelifecenter.com. There is a link off the BBC&S homepage at
www.bbc.edu. Additional features will be added to the center website, including printable and audio-visual resources.

The Love-Life Marriage and Family Center operates from a biblical worldview, believing the Bible provides answers, guidance, and help for all of life's issues. Since its founding, hundreds of families and individuals have received helpful, life-changing assistance. Last year, over 200 people received counseling services at the center. About 95 percent of current clients are not associated with the BBC&S campus. Many are assisted at no charge or at reduced fees.

Graduate students serving as counselors apply principles from classroom experiences to real counseling sessions. The counseling room is equipped with one-way glass and wireless in-ear communication, allowing supervisors to observe and communicate with student counselors.
