BBC&S offers classes in short sessions
Two upcoming winter class sessions allow Baptist Bible College & Seminary students to catch up or speed up completion of their coursework.
The winter session at the College, known as “Winterim,” is a week-and-a-half-long. It lets students take a semester-long course in a shortened, condensed format. Classes available are World Geography, Global Cultures and Geography, Assessment of Learning and Student Teaching Seminar.
Seminary modules are available in one- and two-week formats. Two-week classes include Family Ministries in the Church, Polishing the Pastor’s Preaching and The Theology and Practice of Worship. One-week classes include American Fundamentalism and the Ecumenical Movement and Seminar in Revitalizing the Plateaued Church.
One-week Seminary modules will also be offered February 25–29. February classes will include Designing Worship Experiences, The Practice of Pastoral Ministry and Principles of Church Growth.
The dates for the upcoming sessions and the start of regular classes are:
The College Winterim is from January 3–11.
Regular College classes begin January 14.
The Seminary modules are from January 8–11 and 15–18.
Regular Seminary classes begin January 21.
The Graduate School does not have a winter session.
Regular Graduate School classes begin January 14.
