New Summit magazine highlights those making a difference

Stories of BBC&S alumni, students, and staff making a difference in a range of locations and roles is the focus of the fall 2013 edition of Summit magazine.

"Major in Making a Difference" is the theme for the latest issue. Articles look at agricultural work in Zambia, outreach on Manitoulin Island in Canada, and life in a Wilkes-Barre housing complex. A story about the power of adoption and a profile of new Assistant Provost of Student Development Roddy Hannah are also included.

BBC&SThe cover features students -- from athletes to musicians -- pictured in front of one of the newly wrapped BBC passenger vans. Read more about the colorful vans here.

Those with BBC&S connections are making a difference across the nation and around the world, with alumni serving in all 50 states and dozens of other countries.

The magazine is available online at www.bbc.edu/summit.
