Nearly 200 BBC&S students are set to receive diplomas at this year's graduation ceremony. The event will be held Saturday, May 7, in the Phelps Student Center beginning at 9 a.m.

More information is available at www.bbc.edu/commencement.

President Jim Jeffery will encourage graduates, families, and friends as the commencement speaker. His message, "Learning that Transforms," will be taken from Colossians 1:9-10.

The morning event will also include performances by the BBC Chamber Singers, under the direction of Dr. David Harris, and a presentation of the President's Award of Distinction, a special commendation given periodically to trustees or others who have faithfully served and heartily supported the mission and goals of BBC&S.

The event is the 79th commencement ceremony in school history. Founded in 1932 in Johnson City, NY, BBC&S moved to its current location in Clarks Summit, PA, in 1968.
