BBC&S sets 78th commencement

More than 200 Baptist Bible College & Seminary students are set to receive diplomas at this year's commencement ceremony. The event will be held on campus Friday, May 7, in the Phelps Student Center beginning at 9 a.m.

BBC&S President Jim Jeffery will encourage graduates, families, and friends as the commencement speaker. Other features of the event include a performance by the BBC Concert Chorale, under the direction of Dr. Larry Kauffman.

The event is the 78th commencement ceremony in school history. Founded in 1932 in Johnson City, NY, BBC&S moved to its current location in Clarks Summit, PA, in 1968.

A special DVD was produced to mark the celebration of Baptist Bible College & Seminary's 75th anniversary. "Changed Lives" highlights the impact of alumni and graduates through the years. It can be ordered through the Campus Bookstore link at www.bbc.edu or by calling 570.585.9251.
