Pastoral Counseling Concentration
The pressures of life in a fast-paced American society have caused much uncertainty, emotional upheavals, and temptation to poor decision making. The Scriptures contain the answers the Holy Spirit uses to bring peace to the troubled life. Pastoral counselors may select from a variety of courses that prepare for this important aspect of ministry.

For those desiring to prepare for a church staff ministry in pastoral counseling, BBS has a "best of both worlds" program. While earning the highly respected and effective Master of Divinity degree, the student may benefit from courses taught in the nationally approved Master of Science in Counseling Ministries program of the Baptist Bible Graduate School. This combination provides depth in pastoral counseling.
