Church Planting

Biblically-centered church planting is a ministry skill needed around the globe. BBS' Master of Ministry Church Planting concentration prepares pastors, lay leaders, and missionaries for establishing and growing new churches in spiritually dry locations.

Baptist Bible Seminary has a unique training strategy that partners you with local churches and mission agencies for intentional church planting in the Northeastern U.S. Through Project Jerusalem, you will be involved in a hands-on learning church planting experience while in the program.

Focusing on church planting at BBS, you will rub shoulders with current and veteran church planters – seasoned ministry leaders like Ken Davis bring deep understanding and coaching experience to the classroom and mentoring relationships.

You will leave BBS with:

  • Biblical, theological and practical foundations for church planting.
  • Strategies for developing church growth and expansion.
  • Tools for reaching the unreached across the generations.
