Dr. Dann Austin served as an Education Pastor for 28 years, focusing on equipping people to serve in the local church. His emphasis was on personal spiritual integrity while equipping believers to use active learning to reproduce reproducers.

During that time, the church grew from around 550 to over 1,200 attending Sunday school. The church also launched over 30 of its people into career Christian ministry. Due to his vast experience, Dr. Austin teaches courses on church ministry and discipleship.
