D.Min. Overview

Men desiring a D.Min. are ministry professionals who want to take their knowledge and abilities to a higher level for the glory of God. Focused on pastoral or missions ministry leadership, the program will equip you to excel in church eas may be chosen to augment the program goals:

• Pastoral Leadership
• Outreach Leadership
• Global Ministry Leadership
• Biblical Counseling

You will also have the opportunity to pursue Independent Study work and a Dissertation Project, each offering unique opportunities to specifically connect your education with your current ministry.

Program objectives:

• To enable you to evaluate your leadership style, strengths, and weaknesses, and to minister with a view to personal growth and increased effectiveness.
• To expose you to the latest thinking, methods, and resources available for church leadership and growth.
• To enhance your role and use of the Scriptures in leading and discipling others.
• To encourage and facilitate the development of a deeper personal spiritual life for you and your congregation.
• To assist you in evaluating, developing, and planning a strategy for reaching, winning, training, and mobilizing people to grow the church you serve and to plant other churches nationwide and around the world.
• To allow you to individualize your learning experience as you gather and assimilate information and practices that will enable you to excel in your ministry.
