A 1991 BBC graduate, Paul earned his Master of Divinity degree from BBS in 1995. Following his graduation, he became Director of Admissions at BBS in 1995. In June 2012, He transitioned into his new role as Director of Enrollment Services at BBS. Paul is passionate about helping men be thoroughly equipped for full-time vocational ministry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, following the New York Yankees and New York Giants. His passions also include ministering to professional athletes in the role of chaplain for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins (the Pittsburgh Penguins' AHL affiliate). In addition, he "pinch hits" for the baseball chapel ministry with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. Paul also speaks at adoption conferences on "Becoming an Adoption-Friendly Church". He speaks each year at the Together for Adoption annual conference and has presented on two separate occasions at the Moody Pastor's Conference.

Nick arrived at BBS after moving from Bermuda where he was born and raised. He and his wife, Rachel, are involved with North Valley Baptist Church in Mayfield, PA, where they enjoy taking advantage of many ministry opportunities. As a long-term ministry goal, Nicholas would like to help train others pursuing full-time vocational ministry. Working in the BBS Admissions Office is a part of that passion. There, he is able to play a vital role in the lives of those pursuing full-time ministry. In his spare time he loves to play sports, travel, and go to the beach.

Originally from Holmesville, NY, Aaron studied Pastoral Ministries at BBC and joined the BBS Admissions Office in 2012. He and his wife, Adria, live in Factoryville, PA, and are members of Berean Baptist Fellowship of Nicholson, where Aaron serves as an adult Sunday school teacher. With a burden to see men well equipped for the mission field, he appreciates how his role in admissions allows him to personally invest in the lives of students. In his spare time, he enjoys historical reenacting, target shooting, hunting, fishing, camping, chess, poetry, and drama.

Spencer grew up in Pinckney, MI, and graduated from Western Michigan University in 2010. He earned his Master of Arts degree from BBC in 2012 and is currently working toward a Master of Divinity at BBS. He and his wife, Megan, are members of Summit Baptist Bible Church where they enjoy being a part of the Kid's Worship ministry. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and shooting. Working in admissions gives him an opportunity to help prospective students discern whether BBS is where God is calling them and it allows him to share his own positive experiences at BBS with them.
