President's reception moved to new site
The site of a special BBC&S reception on June 26 at the 2008 GARBC Conference has been shifted to the campus of Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA.
The General Association of Regular Baptist Churches this week moved its annual conference from Cedar Rapids, IA, due to flooding in the community and region.
Baptist Bible College & Seminary President Jim Jeffery is hosting the reception for alumni and friends.The after-service fellowship will begin at 8:30 p.m. It provides a time for friends to reunite and an opportunity to hear the latest updates and learn about new initiatives at the College, Graduate School, and Seminary.
There is no cost to attend. Free tickets will be available at the BBC&S booth at the conference. Tickets can also be reserved online here. The exact location of the reception will be announced in the daily news sheet at the conference.
The Annual Conference runs June 24 to 27. It carries the theme "The Glory of the Cross." Details are available here.
