Tree-lighting at BBC
Carol singing, holiday refreshments, and prayer were the highlights of Tuesday night’s annual Christmas tree-lighting ceremony at Baptist Bible College & Seminary.
BBC&S president Jim Jeffery hosts the event each year. President Jeffery and his wife, Bert, started the tradition when they came to lead the school in 2001.
The fresh-cut evergreen came from Roba’s Tree Farm in Dalton. The tree was placed in the Rotunda of Jackson Hall.
The tree was acquired, set-up and decorated by BBC&S employees Sarah Carter, Paul Drollinger, Carrie Ferguson and Aaron Harkleroad.
