Growing Leaders Conference set
How following is an important aspect of leadership will be the focus of a special weekend for high-school students at Baptist Bible College.
More than 70 high-school students are set to attend BBC’s annual Growing Leaders Conference from November 8–10. This year’s theme is “Learn to Lead. Choose to Follow.”
Students will attend several main sessions during the conference. Ken Rudolph, Director of Advancement for Lake Ann Camp, and Glenn Amos, Vice President of Enrollment Services for BBC&S, are the keynote speakers.
BBC faculty and staff will offer unique workshop options. Topics include “Drama in the Church,” “Dealing With Difficult Situations,” and “The Challenge of Authority vs. Respect.”
Special break-out groups will also be offered, encouraging discussion among students from different schools, regions, and backgrounds.
Students will also get free tickets to an on-campus performance by Rani Arbo & Daisy Mayhem, a folk band from Middleton, CT. They will also be able to enjoy a lip-sync social with students from BBC.
