Summer Crew critical to success of campus events

Moving furniture, cleaning residence halls, and helping with countless other needs around campus are among the tasks ahead for the five-person Summer Crew at Baptist Bible College & Seminary.

The Summer Crew works with the BBC&S Maintenance Department to keep the campus ready for each event during the summer. More than 4,000 people are expected to attend conferences, events, and camps.

Roddy Hannah, BBC's Director of Career Services, leads the group. This year's crew members include Jesse Divakar, Renee Korb, Jonathan Heisterkamp, Rachel Sayre, and Jonathan Zerbini.

While living on campus for the summer, the students serve those attending events, including the Men's Conference, LYFE Women's Conferences, and Teen Leadership Conference.

Crew members enjoy fun aspects of the summer, such as finding unique items left in the residence halls, and working together in the Underground Cafe.
