Preparation for leadership
Church and youth leaders often deal with stagnation in ministry. An emphasis on incorporating new and fresh ideas into the mix will help those in attendance battle stagnation and break away from conventional tactics while remembering the foundations it has laid for them.
Offering guidance and preparation, the conference will equip young leaders to move into church and ministry leadership roles.
Workshops and activities will offer resources and guidance to students looking to develop their leadership skills and identify their abilities. They will become better prepared to take on new and more challenging roles and get ready to ignite the future of ministry with a new generation of ideas.
Students and youth workers attending will enjoy special sessions and workshops in addition to a full schedule of activities. Events planned include a pizza bash, a movie night, a banquet, and the annual BBC Lip Sync.
The cost is $100 for high school students and $75 for adults. Groups of 10 or more will receive a $100 gas card.
BBC faculty, staff, and students will meet with and become involved in the lives of future ministry leaders.
