Golf Tournament adds to success of summer conferences and events

Nearly 100 golfers attended the BBC Golf Tournament, avoiding rain as they enjoyed fellowship and time on two area courses.

Participants played at Stone Hedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock on June 11 and Sand Springs Golf Course in Wilkes Barre on June 12. In addition to time on the green, golfers also enjoyed free time to relax and enjoy the BBC campus.

A special banquet in the Phelps Student Center offered good food and a devotional by Jay Graham, Vice President of Institutional Advancement. President Jim Jeffery also gave the golfers an update on BBC&S activities and growth. Lunch and awards concluded the event.

The tournament is part of a series of camps and conferences hosted at BBC&S during the summer.
