BBC ramps up online courses, degrees
Baptist Bible College has launched complete online certificate and undergraduate degree programs, adding to its growing range of distance learning options.
The Bible Certificate and degrees join advanced programs already available at Baptist Bible Graduate School and Baptist Bible Seminary.

Online courses at BBC offer:
-- Deep learning through challenging curriculum and intensive discussions.
-- Personal interaction with qualified faculty, giving students the attention and direction they need.
-- Limited enrollment, enabling students to learn well as they build relationships with fellow students around the world.
Twelve undergraduate courses are online for the spring 2009 semester. The courses can be applied to a Bible certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree. Graduates deepen their ability to serve and lead in countless settings, developing a strong Christian worldview that's critical to their success in any location or calling.
Dual Enrollment and Adult Learners
Online courses are also available to high school juniors and seniors under dual enrollment. In addition to the course benefits, they can also fulfill high school graduation requirements as they earn college credits at the same time. Some school districts can pay all or part of the cost of classes.
Because courses and a degree can be completed at a distance, the program is a good fit for many adult learners looking to start or complete their college degree. BBC also works with adults to convert significant life experience into college credit -- credits that can be applied toward their degree.
Online courses are offered during eight-week sessions beginning each January, March, May, August, and October. The classes and degree programs are fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association for Biblical Higher Education.
