Pastor Pat Nemmers
Pat Nemmers is the lead pastor at Saylorville Baptist Church in Des Moines, Iowa. He was born in 1958 and grew up in Waterloo, Iowa in a devout Roman Catholic home. While working in the factory at John Deere Tractor Manufacturer he heard the Gospel and shortly there after trusted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. Sensing God’s call to preach he attended Faith Baptist Bible College where he received a B.A. in Pastoral Studies. He pastored the Holmes Baptist Church in Clarion, Iowa for 12 years where many souls were saved and a new building was constructed. He then accepted the call to Saylorville Baptist Church in 1998 where he continues to serve experiencing God’s hand of blessing. Pat most recently has become a resourceful addition to the BBC trustee board and is a favorite chapel speaker of the BBC students.
Pat and his wife Marilyn have ten children and four grandchildren.

• Pastor’s only workshop – What People Want and Need from You and Your Church – “Reveal/ Focus” will be provided for each Lead Pastor.
• Spanish Workshops will also be provided.
  

In addition to our workshops and main sessions, there will be great opportunities to build relationships through freetime activities. This year features:

• Ping Pong tournament
• Darts
• Three-on-three basketball tournament
• Volleyball tournament (teams of 6 to 9)
• Bowling
• Horseshoes
• Weight Room will also be available

We are encouraging churches to assemble teams to participate in these events. Please let your church coordinator know that you are interested.

$140 conference cost
$120 if registration is completed by April 19
$110 early special by February 1
A $50 non-refundable deposit must accompany each registration.
Pastors who bring five or more attendees may attend at no cost.
Pre-conference housing on Thursday night, including Friday breakfast, must be prepaid and is available for $15 per person.

Comfortable, on-campus housing is included in your registration fee. Please bring towels, a pillow, and sheets and blankets for twin beds. Information on hotels and campsites is available upon request.
