Organizational Leadership Master of Arts Degree

This track can enhance your ability to bring leadership to an organizational team and bring that team to its goal.

Through Pilgrimage Educational Resources students in the program will gain 15 elective graduate credit hours from coursework completed in an internship environment.

The 30-credit Master of Arts program is divided into two main parts – required and elective areas.

In addition to the credit hours earned though PER, you must also take at least five courses, totaling 15 credit hours, from the program’s required core.

There are two required core areas: Bible, Theology & Interpretation, and Communications. You must select four courses in the Bible, Theology & Interpretation area and one course in Communications. Course listings for all sessions are online.
