Charges are payable at registration. If you are unable to pay the entire amount then, the total will be broken into five monthly payments. The first payment will be due on the date of registration.

Scholarships Available
Some need-based scholarship money is available for Graduate School students. Scholarships are awarded four times during the year. Once a student has received money for a given year, future awards for the student are based on the needs of new applicants, money available, and the student’s current need.
Here's how to apply:
- Get a scholarship application from the Graduate School office.
- File your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) on line at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Do not go to fafsa.com. The BBC school code that is needed is 002670. Questions may be directed to the Student Financial Services office. If you need assistance with this, contact Charis Henson, the Student Financial Services Secretary (financialaid@bbc.edu or 570.585.9215).
- Fill out all forms and return them along with the required financial forms to the Graduate School office.
- The Scholarship Committee will meet and award money based on need and availability of funds.
- Once an award is determined, the student will be notified in writing and the scholarship applied to the student’s bill. A student who withdraws after the semester begins will have the scholarship prorated according to institutional policy.
Deadlines for applications:
- Fall – August 15
- Spring – December 15
- Summer (M.S. in Christian School Education) – May 15
