      • The President’s Golf Classic enjoys a rich tradition in Northeast Pennsylvania.  Since 2005, golfers
        and sponsors have raised over $800,000 for student scholarships. Our students donate over 30,000
        hours of community service in organizations like Boys & Girls Club of Scranton, Big Brothers/Big Sisters,
        the Clarks Summit State Hospital, hospice groups, local fire companies, and correctional facilities.  
        Every Fall, hundreds of students, faculty, and staff participate in service and clean-up projects on
        Community Appreciation Day.  Our economic impact is estimated at $38 million a year and our students
        spend about $1 million each year locally.
