2012 Council on Dispensational Hermeneutics
"Dispensationalism and Biblical Preaching"

October 3-4, 2012

Annual meetings of the Council on Dispensational Hermeneutics serve to add academic weight and credibility to the effort at keeping objective interpretation of scripture at the forefront of modern biblical presentation in churches and academia. The event serves as a forum for traditional dispensationalists to discuss hermeneutics and related matters.

Prior Councils were held in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. The Council is moderated by Dr. Mike Stallard, Dean of Baptist Bible Seminary.

The 2013 Council will be held September 18-19 at BBS in Clarks Summit, PA.

The 2012 Council – "Dispensationalism and Biblical Preaching" – was held October 3-4 at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, TX.

It is the goal of organizers to take the Council to different places in alternate years, enabling more pastors and church leaders to participate and grow in their understanding of these issues. The site of the 2014 Council has not been finalized.
