Dispensationalism, Language, and Scripture
September, 22-23
The third Council on Dispensational Hermeneutics will meet September 22-23 on the campus of Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA.
The theme is “Dispensationalism, Language, and Scpriture.”
Ten papers will be presented with an allotted time of 30 minutes each. An hour of discussion among the participants will follow.
The council meetings serve to add academic weight and credibility to the effort at keeping objective interpretation of scripture at the forefront of modern biblical presentation in churches and academia.
The event serves as a forum for traditional dispensationalists to discuss hermeneutics and related matters.
The Council will be moderated by Dr. Mike Stallard, Dean of Baptist Bible Seminary.

Barndollar Lecture Series
The series was established in 1993 in memory of W. Walker Barndollar. It honors his years of service to BBC&S as a professor committed to the pursuit of academic excellence. The desire was that Seminary faculty would choose a speaker with academic credibility who could model the finest in English Bible exposition to seminarians.
Baptist Bible Seminary will host Dr. Thomas Ice, Executive Director of the Pre-Trib Research Center, Lynchburg, VA, as this year’s guest lecturer. Dr. Ice will address the topic “History of the Doctrine of the Rapture.”
