British comedy takes center stage
Lettice and Lovage, a lighthearted story about overcoming mediocrity, will be presented this month by the Drama and Communications Department at Baptist Bible College.
The charming and hilarious British comedy by Peter Shaffer won two 1990 Tony awards. Performances will be at 8 p.m. on March 6, 7, and 8 in the Phelps Student Center.

Staff member heads to mission field
Dann Ransom, a technician in the Information Technology Department since 2003, left his staff position at Baptist Bible College & Seminary to prepare full-time for service as a missionary in Italy.

Athletics
Men take NEAC Championship
The Defenders men’s basketball team captured its first NEAC championship with an 84-73 win over Cazenovia College Saturday, March 1. The victory gives Baptist Bible automatic qualification into the NCAA III national tournament. BBC learns where it will play in the national tournament about noon on Monday, March 3 at www.ncaa.com. The Lady Defenders’ season ended in the NEAC semi-finals on Friday, February 29 with a loss to D’Youville College. The team ended the season with a 13-12 record.
