Business leader speaks about 'passionate entrepreneurship'

Author, speaker, and business leader Steve Adams focused students, faculty, and staff at BBC&S on broader ways to look at ministry during a special September 4 afternoon talk.

In discussing his new book, "The Passionate Entrepreneur," Adams centered on how business can be used to advance material and spiritual needs. He shared how he has been able to use his experience and success to help fund businesses in countries that are struggling economically. He uses his business experience to train people in those countries to establish and maintain their own small firms.

BBC&S"I love college students; they're full of potential," Adams said. "I hope this might cause them to have a bigger view of how they can use their business degree -- beyond just making money for themselves and their families. I hope to spark some kind of a work that God is going to do in their lives, maybe even over a decade from now."
