Day Offers Opportunity for Corporate Prayer

As a college committed to ministry and leadership, BBC administration and faculty desire that students leave this place prepared for effective ministry careers. Realizing that one of the most important components of ministry is prayer, BBC sets aside one day each semester to focus as an institution on praying individually and corporately. On Tuesday, October 25, BBC staff, faculty, and students had the opportunity to come together to worship corporately through times of prayer and singing.

The highlight of the day was the morning session where everyone came together to listen to Godís Word and to prayógiving thanks and lifting up one anotherís burdens. As President Jeffery has been preaching from different psalms throughout the semester, the prayer time was focused around a variety of psalms that expressed praise, thanksgiving, repentance, and worship.
