Advanced Microsoft courses now online

Advanced courses in Microsoft Office programs are now online at BBC, enabling more students to gain higher level skills and prepare for certification.

By equipping students with advanced training and knowledge of the most common presentation, word, and data processing programs, more are able to serve and lead in their ministries, workplaces, and communities.

Two courses are scheduled so far for the next academic year: Comprehensive Microsoft Excel from October 24 - December 16 and Comprehensive Microsoft Word from January 9 - March 2.

The courses can be taken for college credit or can be audited. If taken for credit, each class is three undergraduate credit hours.

Completion of each course prepares students well to take the corresponding Microsoft Office User Specialist exam. By obtaining a Microsoft Office User Specialist Certification, students demonstrate they have greater proficiency in the usage of various Office products.
