BBC&S releases new logo, look as part of 'go beyond' campaign

A fresh logo featuring a stylized version of the iconic Jackson Hall tower is part of a new branding campaign and look at Baptist Bible College & Seminary.

"Go beyond" is the title of the campaign. The new tagline and logo have been placed on the various websites of BBC&S and are being added over the summer to everything from signage and printed materials to business cards and letterhead.

Why 'go beyond'
The new tagline is designed to be simple and flexible. It is also focused on communicating how BBC&S, in a range of aspects, "goes beyond" the average and expected to excellence and the unexpected. It is also a simple summation of the vision and mission statements of BBC&S, which are captured in the vision statement of "excellence in biblical higher education for effectiveness in global Christian leadership."

BBC&S encourages its students, faculty, and staff to "go beyond" in their faith, learning, commitment to Christ, ministry, and obedience. In his recent commencement address, President Jim Jeffery drew on this concept through several examples from Scripture.

New logo
A new stylized Jackson Hall tower is a key aspect of the new BBC, BBC&S, and BBS look.

The arch of the logo ties in many of the architectural features of the Clarks Summit, PA, campus, such as Jackson Hall, Buckingham Hall, and the Stowell Seminary Building. The look highlights the tower as an iconic feature that will be carried over to other materials.
