"The Chicago missions trip was a great experience to gain a deeper understanding and a heart for inner city missions," said Marilyn Luster, a junior counseling major. "It was also a time for growth in my own personal walk with God in many more ways than I could have ever expected."

Rock the BoxThe students helped in local school classrooms, interacted with children, and built relationships with students, teachers, and staff. They also shared a variety of hands-on ministry experiences and spent time in the city, in neighborhoods, and on the "El," Chicago's elevated public transit train.

"The biggest thing I saw God do throughout the week was move in our hearts," said JB Baughman, trip leader and Resident Director of Commons Hall.
