BBC offering focused Worship Pastor program

Equipping students with the skills needed to serve and lead as effective worship leaders is the focus of the new Worship Pastor concentration at Baptist Bible College.

The program is among a growing number of undergraduate degree options, including Business Administration and Intercultural Youth Ministries.

Balanced approach
The Worship Pastor program hones students' musical abilities and equips them with skills needed to lead others in worship and church settings. A foundation of Bible, theology and general courses balances the curriculum.

Opportunities to become involved on campus, including participation in One Accord, Chamber Singers, Concert Chorale, and other musical groups, gives students hands-on experience.

Graduates can become involved in the leadership of local churches, Christian schools, camps, retreats, and other group ministries. They are also equipped to continue on at Baptist Bible Seminary in the Worship Ministries Leadership concentration.

Campus visits
Interested students can experience BBC first hand through a campus visit. Visitors can talk with professors in the program of their choice, attend classes, and get a feel for college life.

More details are online at www.bbc.edu/visit or by calling 800.451.7664.

Along with new programs, BBC is building the $4.5 million Kempton Athletic Center. The facility, offering space for recreational sports and more, will be open in 2011.

BBC offers generous financial aid packages, substantially reducing the cost of tuition. Learn more here.
