Crossroads offers unique summer learning format

Students will experience higher education in a unique two-week format at Baptist Bible College this summer.
Crossroads runs June 12-26. It offers a challenging, multifaceted academic experience in an intense, collaborative environment. It is ideally suited for students who are naturally drawn to a deeper pursuit of theological and philosophical studies.
For details or to apply, go to www.bbc.edu/crossroads.
Crossroads is open to high school and college students. Both can earn three fully accredited, transferable college credits.
Students will stay on campus and enjoy the benefits of learning and close fellowship with professors and other students. They will participate in a variety of activities, including movie nights, discipleship groups, and a field trip to New York City.
The course offered at Crossroads is Ethics in Western Civilization. The interactive exploration of the Bible and other texts will help students better understand the Christian worldview as it relates to ethics and confront some of history's noted alternatives.
Coursework is highly focused. Students will be given the opportunity to explore and analyze the class content through a set of unique discussion groups. The program is more effective and interesting with the participation of key BBC faculty members:
Dr. Steve Shumaker
A professor at Baptist Bible College and Chair of the General Studies Division, Dr. Shumaker has taught at BBC for 10 years. He is also serves as a professor at Baptist Bible Graduate School.
