Short January terms, online classes help students earn credits

Students at Baptist Bible College & Seminary are able to participate in shortened winter class sessions on campus this January, allowing them to advance on coursework and earn credits in less time.

A range of online classes at the College, Graduate School, and Seminary are also available, giving added flexibility to countless students.

Winterim 2009
The winter session at the College, known as Winterim, runs January 2-9. It lets students take a semester-long course in a shortened, condensed format, picking up a class they may have missed or taking a class early in order to get ahead.

Watch a video report here.

Undergraduate classes offered during Winterim are World Geography, Global Cultures and Geography, Assessment of Learning, and Teaching English Language Learners.

Online and dual enrollment
Winterim is just one way students can get ahead. High school juniors and seniors can get a jump start, too, by taking classes online and earning credits through dual enrollment.

Information on online classes at the College, Graduate School, and Seminary is posted on the websites. Distance learning and online classes are as solid and relevant as our on-campus options. All courses and degrees are fully accredited and provide deep learning, personal interaction, and limited enrollment.
