Director of Career Services
After high school Roddy had decided not to attend college but rather make his way through life working with his hands. God's plan, however, led him to BBC in 1995. He graduated in 1998 from the counseling program and completed a graduate degree in counseling in 2007. He has served on campus for 10 years in various capacities, including maintenance, Resident Director of Shaffer Hall and most recently Director of Career Services. Initiating career guidance has been exciting and challenging as he seeks to help students make good decisions and wisely choose their steps in preparation for their God-given career path. In 2009 Roddy, his wife Amy, and their two children moved from Shaffer Hall to take leadership of Ketcham Hall.
Director of Safety and Security
Ken came to BBC after serving as a local police officer in Gloucester Township, NJ. He became familiar with the school's ministry when his two sons were students. With retirement on the horizon, he and his wife Shirley began to feel God moving them to consider possible opportunities at BBC. In a step of faith, they moved to Clarks Summit in 2007 as Ken continued commuting to New Jersey to complete his tenure with the police department. He began working on campus for a few hours a week in maintenance and is now the Director of Safety and Security, training, guiding, and overseeing our student security guards. His wise insight, solid character, and warm spirit make a positive impact on campus.
Director of Athletics

He currently serves in multiple roles in the Athletic Department including Director of Athletics, Assistant Coach of menís golf and Head Coach of menís basketball. In addition, he has represented BBC across the country as a popular youth speaker.
