Pioneer College Caterers
Food Service at Baptist Bible College is provided by Pioneer College Caterers. Pioneer has been providing high-quality food service to Christian college and university campuses since 1973.

Pioneer offers students a healthy and well-balanced diet. Food is prepared by trained staff in an up-to-date, well-equipped kitchen.

Meal hours are listed below. In order to accomdate special events and changes in the regular school schedule these hours are subject to change. Any changes will be posted in the Phelps Student Center.

Brunch   10:30 a.m. to Noon  
Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.   12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Dinner 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

All on-campus students are required to purchase one of our two meal plans for each semester:

  • The 14 meal plan: covers 14 meals per week
  • The 21 meal plan: covers 21 meals per week

Byrdies Grill
Students searching for a late-night study snack need look no further than Byrdies Grill. Byrdies, located in the Phelps Student Center and operated by the guys of Christen Hall, is open for delivery Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:30-11:30 p.m. Their menu includes hamburgers, milkshakes, french fries, the famous “Byrdie Bomb”, and much more. Byrdies also opens during BBC Defender sporting events.
