Social Studies Education Program

 |
In a world that continues to lose sight of God as the sovereign Lord and Creator, we need educators who are well equipped to provide their students with a biblical perspective of history and our current society. The Social Studies Education program at Baptist Bible College seeks to prepare qualified educators who are passionate about teaching social studies and sharing God’s Word with others. Civics, government, sociology, economics, history, and geography are just a few of the topics you will study under the instruction of highly qualified faculty who are passionate about helping you influence the next generation for Christ .
As a teacher, you will have an opportunity to significantly influence the lives of your students. Therefore, a quality education in social studies and a strong biblical foundation are crucial for a successful future—this is exactly what BBC has to offer you! Not only will you receive top-level instruction, but you will gain important practical experience through classroom aiding, observing, and student teaching. |
