2012 Keynote Speaker

Ken Rudolph and wife, Jinner have been in ministry for thirty-five years. They have served in the pastorate for ten years in the Washington, DC area; thirteen years recruiting students for ministry at Baptist Bible College; ten years they served at Lake Ann Baptist Camp as the senior high camp speaker and director of advancement; and starting in 2009, they joined the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism and are part of the Mobilization Team.

The Mobilization Team at ABWE involves Ken & Jinner in many ministries. Ken speaks in many Christian Schools in Europe and America and has been involved in leadership conferences for the Association of Christian Schools International. They also work with many churches in Europe and America connecting them in church planting endeavors. Ken remains involved in doing teen camps at Lake Ann Baptist Camp as well as camps in Germany and Romania. One of the main responsibilities they enjoy with mobilization is to recruit young people to missions. They are working primarily with a church in Kusel, Germany that has already done over 50 internships with German and American young people. Ken's heart is to plant many churches in Europe and therefore must recruit many young people to do this great work.

Ken is an excellent communicator to youth and adults and is known for his ability to motivate people to a life committed to Jesus Christ.

The Church Ministries Conference workshop speakers have all been selected because of their heart for church ministry, their ability to effectively communicate practical helps for church workers, and for their capacity to involve attendees in the learning and equipping process.

SPECIAL YOUTH MINISTRY TRACK

BBC&S is partnering with the international student ministry organization, Vision For Youth, to offer a unique opportunity for local church youth pastors and youth workers. Reaching “millennials” is not only a strategic ingredient of church ministry today – it is also vitally important to impact this generation now so they’ll live faithfully for God in the future. All youth workers are definitely encouraged to participate in this track of intentional youth ministry focus on helping teenagers go on for God.
